Shipping policy
We ship with Australia Post. The rate you pick determines the speed with which Australia Post moves the item. Not the speed which we post. Our local post office is closed weekends and public holidays (including Victoria-specific holidays). We ship 1 to 2 times per week only.
Once the item has been lodged with Australia Post it is their responsibility. Should an item become lost we will endeavour to solve this matter through Australia Post. If you are purchasing a more costly order and wish to take out insurance on the item during transit please email sarah@innovativehoofcare.com.au prior to purchase for us to coordinate this on your behalf (we are trying to add an insurance option on to the website also so you can opt-in)
