WAFL Conference - Wageningen University, Netherlands

Just wrapped up a 4-day Animal Welfare conference at Wageningen University in The Netherlands. I was so blessed to attend and present my research poster on my Masters Project findings, looking at the ability of horse owners to effectively evaluate their own horses hooves.

My abstract was also published in the conference proceedings! 

The conference was wrapped up with a private tour at the zoo, after hours when it was nice and quiet! Followed by a dinner and dance. 

From here I'll be staying on in Holland a few more days to meet up with suppliers and spend some time at the Equine Hospital and riding with other farriers.
